Lisa’s journey in fashion was realised when she studied Fashion Design at Dewsbury College of Art and Design where met and was presented a design award by top American fashion designer Ben de Lisi, now mentor and judge on the television series ‘PROJECT CATWALK’.

While working part time as a dressmaker for a local corset designer she formed a friendship with the team at Aqua Couture, who at that time were launching a new shopping outlet at the Corn Exchange in Leeds. Quickly gaining recognition for her killer pieces Lisa went on to win “Leeds Independent Retail Awards" Designer of the Year award.

So what inspires Lisa within her designs? “I want women of all ages to feel the best they can. I use influences from past, current and future trends on the catwalk to create a unique and obtainable style. Sumptuous colours and vintage references inspire me within my work and I love to mix them with classic touches. I hope to provide the wearer with not only an eye catching, quality well cut garment, but also give them that special something extra that will keep them reaching for it over and over again....a timeless classic, and a much loved and cherished ‘best friend’.
